The Natural History Museum in Venice
A 20 minutes walk from Locanda Fiorita you can find a real “gem” unknown to most guests in Venice, a place not attended by tourists at all but of great interest and value, even thanks to its magical position: we are talking about the Natural History Museum, overlooking the Grand Canal, in front of the famous Ca ‘d’Oro. Recently restored, the Museum of Natural History is an authentic jewel, as well as an oasis of peace far from the usual Venetian itineraries.
The museum, in addition to the vast naturalistic and ethno-anthropological collection, constantly offers photographic exhibitions, workshops and special days dedicated to research and scientific topics; certainly an unexpected experience to live in Venice and we recommend it!
